The winner of the Contest will be determined by judging all the entrants’ submissions based on the follow criteria:
- Taste: 35%
- Visual Appeal: 25%
- Feasibility: 25%
- Creativity/Uniqueness: 15%
All entries will be judged using the criteria stated above. All judging will be accomplished by a panel of non-food experts. Decision of the judges is final and binding on all matters relating to this contest. Contestants must provide a plate with 10 small, small, small samples and a plate for 6 people. A label with the recipe and the name will be attached to the samples plate, accessible to the judges and public.
